1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a refund or exchange if:
Defective/Damaged Product: Item arrived broken, scratched, or faulty.
Wrong Item: We shipped the incorrect product or design.
Change of Mind: You changed your mind *within 7 days* of delivery (item must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable).
*Note:* Custom-made or personalized covers (e.g., with names or unique prints) are final sale and cannot be returned.

3. How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: DM us on Facebook, WhatsApp 0697627403, or email info@grassrootsfinance.online with:
- Order number
- Photos/video of the issue (for defective items)
2. Return Approval: We’ll respond within 48 hours with instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Send the product to our address (we’ll cover return shipping costs for defective/wrong items).

- Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive the item.
- Payment Method: Refunds will go through an EFT. We will request your banking details.

5. Exchanges
Need a different size/design? We’ll ship a replacement free of charge (for defective/wrong items) once the original is returned.

6. Non-Refundable Situations
Items damaged due to misuse (e.g., intentional scratches, exposure to water).
Products without proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Return requests made outside the stated timeframes.

All Mobi-Gears covers come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
